JOB DESCRIPTION
An outgoing Office Assistant is needed to join the team at our care facility in High Wycombe. Because training would be provided, this job would be great for someone looking for their first office assistant career but who has little to no office experience. The ideal applicant will be supervised by the Director, HR Manager, Office Manager, and other senior team members. This role would be most suited for a person with good work ethics who has a keen interest in office management, administration, and assistance.
The main duties at work will be to answer, screen, and forward calls. As a result, someone who can accurately capture information over the phone and speak clearly will be needed. The ideal candidate should have the ability to happily and immediately return calls. Because some callers might not be native English speakers, you’ll need to be patient with them. For applicants, the capacity for multitasking is essential.
In coordinating with the HR department, helping with job applications, and setting up interviews and CVs, the candidate will play a vital function. Additionally, they will quickly sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
